UND professor to speak about vaping epidemic at April 30 presentation in Moorhead

Moorhead Area Public Schools is holding an important free presentation, “Vaping: the New Teen Public Health Concern,” open to parents/guardians of students of all ages, teens and interested community members. Frank White, sociology professor at the University of North Dakota, will speak from 6-7:15 p.m. April 30 in the Moorhead High School auditorium.

School Board hears update about initial ideas for rebuilding Moorhead High

On March 11, 2019, the Moorhead School Board heard an update about the first meeting of the High School Conceptual Design Task Force. School Board approves calendar for 2019-20 school year

At its meeting on Feb. 11, the Moorhead School Board approved the calendar for the 2019-20 school year. Classes will begin Sept. 3, 2019. The last day of classes for students is June 2, 2020, unless additional emergency makeup days are needed. Read More »

Red River ALC's vision is to partner with participating schools to assure that a continuum of programs and services are available to meet the unique needs of each student at-risk in the learning process. Since 1997 the Red River ALC has provided services to more than 3,000 students, K-12. Read more.
