Moorhead Area Public Schools is holding an important free presentation, “Vaping: the New Teen Public Health Concern,” open to parents/guardians of students of all ages, teens and interested community members. Frank White, sociology professor at the University of North Dakota, will speak from 6-7:15 p.m. April 30 in the Moorhead High School auditorium.

On March 11, 2019, the Moorhead School Board heard an update about the first meeting of the High School Conceptual Design Task Force. The task force will meet three or four times to review conceptual design details for replacing Moorhead High School before presenting to the School Board later this spring.

At its meeting on Feb. 11, the Moorhead School Board approved the calendar for the 2019-20 school year. Classes will begin Sept. 3, 2019. The last day of classes for students is June 2, 2020, unless additional emergency makeup days are needed. Read More »
