With help from donors, Moorhead Schools Legacy Foundation wants students in Moorhead Area Public Schools to receive milk and snack break, even if their families are struggling to make ends meet. On Feb. 14, the Legacy Foundation will be part of Giving Hearts Day 2019, and contributions to the foundation’s Food for Thought campaign will fund this effort. Read More »

Families may apply for free/reduced-price meal benefits anytime during the school year. Households may apply whenever a change has occurred in household income or composition. On Jan. 14, School Board chair Scott Steffes led the oath of office ceremony for board members Keith Vogt, Rachel Stone and Kara Gloe. In November, Gloe, who was first elected in 2017 for a one-year term, was re-elected to her first four-year term. Stone and Vogt were elected to their first four-year terms on the board. Read More »
