Legacy Foundation awards $5,000 in impact grants to Moorhead teachers this fall

Moorhead Schools history wall to be dedicated Oct. 30

Installation of the 50-foot-long historical timeline in the lobby of Horizon Middle School’s Performing Arts Center is underway. The community is invited to the dedication of the history wall at 5 p.m. Oct. 30. Representatives of graduating classes from each decade from 1940 to 2030 will be part of the Oct. 30 dedication. Welcome to S.G. Reinertsen Elementary School! At Reinertsen Elementary, we ensure learning by using a results-oriented curriculum and instruction, by creating a culture of respect, acceptance and support for students in partnership with parents, and by establishing a professional learning community for staff that includes common goals and collaborative teams. Reinertsen Elementary in south Moorhead has an enrollment of 750 students in grades K-4. Read more
