I. PURPOSE

The purpose of this policy is to provide a list of all policies applicable to employees and students.

II. GENERAL STATEMENT

Certain policies as contained in this policy reference manual are applicable to employees as well as students. To avoid undue duplication, Moorhead Area Public Schools provides notice by this section of the application and incorporation by reference of the following policies which also apply to employees:

III. RESPONSIBILITIES

Employees are charged with notice that the above-cited policies are also applicable to employees; however, employees are also on notice that the provisions of the various policies speak for themselves and may be applicable although not specifically listed above.
