District taking applications for foundation advisory committee

Moorhead Area Public Schools is developing an education foundation to support district students and staff. The Moorhead Area Public Schools Legacy Fund will be independent of the district, but will work closely with the district and School Board.

The district is now taking applications for advisory committee members who will assist in the development of the legacy fund. Members are needed who represent teachers, support staff, alumni, community leaders and booster clubs.

Applications may be submitted online at http://goo.gl/forms/vFq9lqEVdy, or contact the Office of the Assistant Superintendent at 218-284-3370 for a paper copy of the application. Applications are due Feb. 1. Members will be selected to serve based on their interest and ability to serve, the perspective they represent, and the experience or expertise they bring to the process.
