Moorhead High Theatre presents “The Crucible” April 24-27

This April, Moorhead High Theatre presents Arthur Miller’s Tony-Award winning stage play, “The Crucible.” Tickets are on sale now for performances at 7:30 p.m. April 24-27.
“The Crucible”
was written in 1953 at the height of the Red Scare as an allegory for McCarthyism, and centers around the events of the Salem Witch Trials of 1692. The show captures a fictionalized account of a time in history rife with paranoia, hysteria and deceit.
Moorhead High School’s production of “The Crucible” is directed by Dawn Gunderson and includes more than 40 actors and technicians working to bring the show to life.
“The Crucible” will be performed at 7:30 p.m. April 24, 25, 26 and 27 in the Moorhead High School Auditorium. Tickets are $10 for adults and $6 for students and can be purchased by calling the Moorhead High Box office at 218-284-2255 or going online to www.moorheadschools.org/tix.
