Moorhead High girls basketball team takes second to DGF in holiday tournament

January 5, 2018

Moorhead High’s Sam Haiby goes up for two points during the girls basketball championship game of the Moorhead Holiday Tournament held at Moorhead High School during winter break. Moorhead took second place in the tournament after losing to Section 2A, No. 2 ranked, undefeated Dilworth-Glyndon-Felton. Haiby scored 16 points, had 12 rebounds, and had seven assists during the game. Moorhead’s Jalen Ennen scored 10 points and had 10 rebounds. Haiby and Ennen were selected for the All Tournament team.

 The Spuds play away games Jan. 5 and 6.
