April 13, 2018
Earlier this winter, third-grade students in Tory Gaard and Amanda Kallas’s classes at Robert Asp Elementary collaborated in small groups to create food truck businesses from scratch. After completing the project-based learning activity, Heavenly Hawg food truck came to answer questions, share samples and give students a tour of their food truck.
