The Early Childhood Family Education Advisory Committee helps the staff make decisions about future initiatives, directions and pertinent policies. They make recommendations on items pertaining to finance, programs, classes, services and community. The committee includes 15 members who represent in-district residents, out-of-district residents and residents with children in the program, as well as a School Board representative and a guest staff member. Meetings are held four times a year and are open to the public.

Advisory committee members are allowed to register for classes before the general public. Contact Early Childhood Family Education at 218-284-3400 for more information or to apply for the advisory committee. Applications for committee membership are reviewed at a regular business meeting.
