Moorhead Area Public Schools has named principals for the new grades 5-6 school connected to Horizon Middle School and the new K-4 elementary school to be built southeast of Horizon. Both schools are scheduled to open for the 2017-18 school year.

At their Feb. 8 meetings, the Moorhead School Board and Dilworth-Glyndon-Felton School Board reviewed a revised boundary adjustment plan that is more equitable for both school districts. The boards will be asked to take action on the plan later this month.
