School Board members take oath of office

On Jan. 14, School Board chair Scott Steffes led the oath of office ceremony for board members Keith Vogt, Rachel Stone and Kara Gloe. Moorhead Area Public Schools had its beginning in April 1873 when the Clay County Commissioners approved a motion to begin a school district in Moorhead. Welcome to S.G. Reinertsen Elementary School! At Reinertsen Elementary, we ensure learning by using a results-oriented curriculum and instruction, by creating a culture of respect, acceptance and support for students in partnership with parents, and by establishing a professional learning community for staff that includes common goals and collaborative teams. Reinertsen Elementary in south Moorhead has an enrollment of 750 students in grades K-4. Read more
