School Board to interview five finalists for Moorhead Area Public Schools superintendent

The Moorhead School Board will interview five finalists for the school district’s superintendent vacancy. The finalists were selected from a pool of 18 applicants based on criteria established by the school board. The finalists are:
- Randi Anderson, Superintendent, Pelican Rapids Schools, Pelican Rapids, Minn.
- Melissa Eidsness, Assistant Superintendent of Learning and Accountability, Moorhead Area Public Schools, Moorhead, Minn.
- Jon Kringen, Superintendent, Long Prairie-Grey Eagle Public Schools, Long Prairie, Minn.
- John Landgaard, Superintendent, Worthington School District, Worthington, Minn.
- Brandon Lunak, Interim Superintendent, Moorhead Area Public Schools, Moorhead, Minn.
The school board has scheduled interviews for the finalists beginning at 4 p.m. on Friday, March 23, 2018, and continuing at 8 a.m. on Saturday, March 24, 2018, in the Probstfield Center for Education Board Room 224, 2410 14th St. S., Moorhead. Interviews are open to the public.
