Transcript requests for Moorhead Area Public Schools students will be through Parchment beginning the spring of 2018. Transcripts requested online are sent securely to students and/or the colleges, universities, or scholarship funds that students select.
Students may track their transcript requests online. They also will receive an email notification when transcript requests are approved, and again when transcripts are mailed (or delivered electronically, based on the delivery preference of the destination selected).
Current students will receive their first five transcripts at no charge. After the fifth transcript, current students will be charged $3 per transcript. The payment is collected by Parchment’s secure third party vendor through the online portal. Students are considered current while enrolled or through August 1 of their graduation year. Alumni students are charged $5 per transcript. Alumni status begins on August 1 of the student’s graduation year.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: Seniors should be sure to add their personal email address in addition to their school assigned email address to their parchment account.
