The Executive Director of Human Resources and Operations provides the leadership and coordination for human resources, business services, buildings and grounds, transportation and food and nutrition services.

The Moorhead Area Public Schools prohibits any form of harassment and violence on the basis of race, color, creed, religion, national origin, sex, age, marital status, familial status, status with regard to public assistance, sexual orientation, including gender identity or expression, or disability. Sexual harassment that creates a hostile environment, including sexual assault and other forms of sexual misconduct, is a form of discrimination prohibited by Title IX.
