    Probstfield Center for Education

Probstfield Center for Education is home to our district offices, Probstfield Elementary and programs serving the community's youngest residents. The district education center is named in honor of an early settler of the community who valued lifelong learning for himself and his children. Randolph Probstfield aspired to give his own children the love of knowledge, and he was instrumental in building the first school for District 23 in 1881. Probstfield's contributions to the community are recognized at the district education center where education and learning for all ages is the focus.
