Pursuant to Minnesota Statute section 13D.021, and the current state of emergency declared by the Governor of Minnesota due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the Board Chair, Superintendent and Legal Counsel for the District have determined that it is not prudent to conduct an in-person meeting of the School Board, nor is it feasible to allow any member of the public to be present at the regular meeting location or any of the remote sites of any Board Members in order to attend the meeting. Members of the School Board will participate by electronic means.
All members of the public who wish to attend may do so by accessing the livestream link that will be posted prior to the meeting. Members of the public may provide comments regarding non-agenda items through electronic communication via the Contact the Board form by 10 a.m. on the day of the Board Meeting. The Board will designate an individual to read a representative sample of the comments at the Board meeting. The public will not be given an opportunity to be heard in person at the Board meetings pursuant to Minnesota Statutes section 13D.021, and the current state of emergency declared by the Governor of Minnesota due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
